I have been trying to contact your office for over a month ever since I got the letter saying that I need to re-certify. I cannot get into the website I've been trying to call you, you have anywhere from 45 minutes to 9 minutes wait. I wait and it hangs up on me now I don't have any food stamps because y'all keep hanging up on me. Now I'm sitting on the phone again waiting for 45 minutes, I'm hoping that this time it will go through.
I’ve recently been awarded Guardianship of a child who needed emergency daycare. The office was pleasant, helpful and got me what I needed right away so that I could return to work. I’m very thankful! There was also a lady in the office helping with the small child. She was very gracious and polite. That was a great help during the phone interview.

Just Awful and really noise people always asking really personal questions that should not be asked like personal relationship questions between boyfriend an girlfriend. Did a renewal on my food stamps, they said I was approved then had a phone interview and said I was denied because i didn't have certain paper work so there cutting my food stamps off until I get certain paper work sent to them. I don't see how this is fair nor how they can stick their nose in ones personal relationship between boyfriend an girlfriend an this is why there cutting me off because I'm disabled an all my money goes on bills and I mean all my money from my disability check goes on bills so my boyfriend works and makes what little he makes to provide things like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.

Absolutely terrible! I've called and called and either y'all lie to me or don't even answer the phone. I've been waiting for my stuff for over a month. First time y'all wrote my address wrong. I waited a month for my stuff. Second time I gave you a address to make it *easier* apparently since y'all can't spell and STILL 4 wks later no mail. Go FIGURE! You people could care less if people starve or suffer. Coronavirus took my job and now I'm not able to find work. Im literally starving and YALL LIE ON THE PHONE ABOUT SENDING MY STUFF.
