I have been by the DFCS office in Blackshear numerous times and they are never opened, I’ve called numerous times and was told to leave my number and they would cal me back within 24 to 48 hours. That’s a joke. I live on a fixed income and would like to talk to someone about increasing my snap benefits from the $20.00 me and my wife receive monthly. That is not much for two people. But when you deal with the government and have worked hard most of your life they don’t seem to care
I got a phone call that I was going to receive a phone interview. I waited for the phone call that never came. I have called and left messages for the pass 3 days. I have still not received a call. Now Yesterday or day before I got a phone call that if I don't have a phone interview my application will be thrown out. I have a record on my phone of the calls that have come in and where I called dfcs.
