I need to make a change to my food stamps
I need to make an appointment for an application for food stamps. But your office is appointment only.
I went to the satellite office yesterday (01/28/19) to drop off some paperwork before the indicated deadline for my caseworker. The office was locked and not open. I was unable to turn my paperwork in until this morning as I have limited transportation. The gentleman was kind this morning and explained there was an unexpected closure yesterday. I pray I am not penalized for this. Is there a way to notify clients in the future via social media or the website of an office closure to prevent future miscommunication? Just a thought, not trying to start any trouble. The gentleman was very kind & helpful to me first thing this morning.
