I called about a letter we received on my brother in law loosing his Sooner care because "we did not fill out paper work". I waited 25 minutes and finally was able to talk to SOMEONE who looked up his case and told me that the paper work had been filled out in September so she did not know what was going on. She said I will have to get you to a worker to help you. So Thinking I would be transferred and get to talk to someone, wrong, I was on hold again and was told wait time was 90 minutes, after about 10 minutes my wait time was 90 minutes, after another 10 minutes it was 88 minutes by this time I was done and thought I will call my local office in the morning and try to get this ironed out. I called the local office and yes on hold again told 11 minutes after 30 plus minutes I was connected, I explained what had happened and she asked my name and I gave it to her, and she said I was not on the authorized users so she could not talk to me. She wanted to know if my husband or special needs brother in law was able to talk. NO I am at work trying to get this fixed. She said well I can not talk to you. This is more than frustrating. The wait time alone is ridiculous and something needs to be done about that. Now I do understand me not being an authorized person on his case, and not being able to give me information, but this first lady did not have a problem talking to me.

We have been on hold 20 minutes trying to get through to make an appointment to get my sister signed up for Medicaid. This is ridiculous!
