I am hesitant to get involved, but feel that 4 children need some help. Their parents are using drugs to the extent that these children are being neglected and have become very wild and unmanageable. They are already in your system and I really feel that they need for you to do a deeper look at the way these children are living. Every day they become more and more wild and I feel that one or more will end up being hurt very badly. I would like to remain Anonymous. The names of the parents are Jessica Fox and Garr Yarboro. I know that they love their children, but with the pills and other substance being used, they are not providing a good home, or care for them. I really hate to send this, but I really do think something has to be done.
