The Division of Children and Family Services is responsible for safety of children and youth in Arkansas. DCFS is responsible for child abuse and neglect prevention, protective, foster care, and adoptive programs.

They are sorry they treat the father's like trash my child is in their custody and when I call to see what's going on they get an attitude with me like I'm the one in the wrong they keep telling me they going to call me and never do when I call them they make up a bunch of lies and the judge is just as bad judge on the case going to say I'd I'm not the biological father I can't see the kids and I signed both birth certificate and been there since day one something needs to be done about how father's that want to be in there kids life are being treated
