I've applied over a month ago and was granted ebt for my 2 year old son. We've given the address to the mail the card several times. Haven't been able to contact offices and a trustworthy email link. We have yet to get the card because it hasn't been sent nor can we contact anyone regarding this specifically, and other benefits were rejected because they clearly didn't receive the emails of information regarding what was needed.
Anyone renewing their licenses at this location will be asked to remove their masks in a crowded, unventilated basement room during a worsening pandemic. You will be asked to endanger yourself for the sake for convenience. I am unable to renew my license because I won't risk my saftey due to pre-existing conditions and this office is unwilling to use safe protocols for conducting its business. I could not be more dissapointed at the hapless disregard for the saftey of the citizens at this office.

Good evening. My name is Alia Muhammad. I visited your office back in January when you allowed federal workers who were furloughed to apply for food stamps. You gave a letter to people about furlough and in the letter it stated the consumer cannot evict us due to our circumstances that was beyond our control. Is there a way I can get a copy of that letter?
