I called for the fourth time after being put on hold each time and NO person ever came on line to talk. On my FIFTH call after 17 rings someone said hold and it has been 33 minutes and NO ONE has picked up to talk to me VERY POOR customer service. I just needed a direct phone number to give to my grandson who had P-EBT food monies and now needs EBT as he is a homeless person, by court decision. He has twice filled out the EBT form and NEVER HAD A RESPONSE. VERY POOR SERVICE. He is trying to get what he qualifies for including FOOD MONIES.
