I was there on Monday November 6th. She told me to fill out application and put it in box because they couldn't get to me by 5 pm and someone would call me the next day. Well here it is Thursday and no one has called.
It is impossible to get through to speak with someone using the automated system. Extremely frustrating. The system automatically disconnects you after saying that it will ask you the 8 questions needed to be completed before you getting the chance to speak with a representative. This is even when calling during the hours specifically specified in the system.
