Greetings - this inquiry regard needed info. related to a letter I received today (3/25/19) - from IDHS - Stroger Family Community Resource Center - regarding - beginning - 4/1/19 - my case mgmt. will be transferred to a office located in Maywood, Il. I tried to call the phone number that was listed on this letter, to no avail - to inquire on - does this mean, any business related to this dept. has to be done in Maywood ? due to - I currently am a senior that reside in Chicago, and trying to contact the Maywood office, if it becomes necessary, will be a problem. Please inform me if I was transferred to a different location due to being a senior - thank you.
