I am an advocate for a client of DSS and I must say that an Angel must’ve been watching over me the last 2 months. I was eating a friend who was urgently needing to get some documents submitted over to the Deer Park office and somehow I got over to the Ronkonkoma office and ended up meeting Marie from the commissioners area I believe. Well, when you say you wanted delight, she is an amazing personality, and she brings ease ofcreating solutions with her simple joy that she brings to the phone. Although I’m not the client, I’m a stand that each client be treated with respect and compassion and a welcoming smile. When Marie answered the phone and My stress about getting to the location on time without a problem and that I could get these documents in for my friend. It was a weight lifted off my shoulders and what a beautiful, happy greetings she gave me. I think she’s the epitome of excellence and I believe, she definitely shifts the whole playing field for DSS. She has been my go to for the last two months, helping me resolve many issues and creating the resolve almost instantaneously. We still have a few major obstacles and I know she can’t always make my friends issues disappear, yet if each employee were her then I’m sure this earth would be healed sooner.
