Yes, I have currently visited the local office but I still didn't receive the proper help I was looking for. I was told that they couldn't do anything to my case until my caseworker got done. I turned all of my verifications in at the local office and my case still says pending. That was Tuesday which was September 10,2019 @8:50 when my case worker called and did the phone interview with me. I turned everything in on Tuesday which was the 10 of September and my case still says pending. I'm a out of worked parent as of now because I got hurt at my job and I need food stamps assistance. It's ridiculously that the case workers never answer the phone when you call neither respond back to my voicemail I leave. This has gotta stop. We can not receive the proper help we need because the case workers will not answer the phone.
