What a joke, like all government offices.
We need to have a personal appointment with our Case worker as we do not receive the explanations, and we consider that we are not receiving all the assistance that we really need. We also need to report the abuse with seniors and disables residents at Luna Trails.
I have been on hold for over 3 hours today and over 2 hours yesterday. I have attempted to log into the site and chat with an associate who is an actual person. They only have a robot who can not really assist with anything.
I was recently released from the hospital, while hospitalized I was due for recertification. I filled out everything online last week. I received a voice mail from that said for me to call. I have called countless times. No one answers & I'm unable to leave a message as voice mail is full.
