I absolutely love this office! It's always clean, quick, quite, and the staff is always quick to help you in any situation! No matter what time of day there is never more then 10 people waiting and that's because the staff is awesome!
My Oregon Trail Debit card has been declined? What do I have to do to get the benefit back. I just found the card after misplacing it for almost a year?
I have attempted to call this office to make sure they have the correct phone number for an appointment I have. However, the automated receiving program will tell me to hold while they transfer me, play a jingle, then hang up on me instead.
Unable to get through on the phone I wonder if anyone is working.
I will say, the people working at the Tigard office are so nice, so non-judging...it was hard enough for me to have to admit that I'm in major financial trouble and will most likely lose my home as my work related injuries has left me unable to make mortgage payments for several months. I would like to personally thank the staff at the Tigard location for being so gracious and professional...gives me dignity and hope that I can turn this around. Sincerely, Mike Kinkade
They open at 8am but dont issue cards until 8:30am If you are disabled then plan for this because they wont tell you in advance. Waste of time to arrive early.
