I have been going to the DFACS office in Ashburn Ga at least 1-2 a week bc I am trying to find out why my caseworker hasn’t completed reviewing my case. The man at the desk is very unprofessional and not helpful at all. They never answer the phone there and my family and I did not get our monthly benefits for food stamps nor our Medicaid due to the workers there being so far behind. I stated that I don’t have much money to buy food and I really need my food stamps to provide food for my family as we don’t have food to eat and I don’t don’t make much at my job. The guy at the desk only says I’m sorry that my caseworker would contact me over a month ago and no one has called me at all. Now not only is my family with out food stamps but now we don’t have any Medicaid due to slow workers. Please send them people that are willing to work so we can get the help we need! They all need to do better there!!
