I'm disappointed in your office. One of your caseworkers smacked her step-grandson so hard it left an imprint 3 days later with bruising and broken blood vessels. This child father (married to the case workers daughter) does nothing. The custodial mother picking up her son saught treatment, tried to file a report and stated CPS case and its closed with nothing. Shame on you. This child was not protected & the mother has to worry every time she has to hand her child over to the father for visitation.
