I have also tried several times with no luck reaching any one. On hold for hours is anyone even answering the phone line? So what can I do to get an appointment when no one answers the phone to make one?
I have tried for several days to reach the location in Alvin to no avail, I have been on hold over 2 hours, 3 hours, 1 hour respectively. Please address your phone system or reprimand your employees if they are neglecting to answer calls to your office. I will have to write a letter to your office to request what I need and hope I can get it to someone in your office who can help me.
