I'm in the office and an employee has screamed at an older lady and made her cry. I'm disgusted. The workers here seem to have an attitude and were very nasty with me. I was threaten to not receive benefits eventhough I qualify. I was humble and didn't get into a confrontation. I left peacefully and I'm not sure I will receive benefits because the lady was upset about something.
I was in this office and I witnessed 3 employees being extremely rude and disrespectful. It's hard enough asking for help, but when you do you get ridiculed and dismissed. I ended up walking out but I got all 3 ladies names before I left. I'm going to file a complaint with the names.
I need to talk to some one about my Long Star Card account, im suppose to get my benefits on the 13th but for some reason they are not on there, I have no food.
