I've not visited this office. But the managing of my grandson's case has been a tremendous train wreck. He was placed with me last year and I am his foster parent. A court date did not go well and this is not the first time for this case. Gross negligence is how I would term the work of DCFS 's work for this case in court.
I was helped tremendously by 2 members of the team Bill ( he spoke Spanish, for my spouse at the time ) followed by Carlos, and the Supervisor Darrell May I ask; please are these men still there?
