I have always had problems with this office. They are never open and when they are the people you deal with are rude, dismissive. They never go out of their way to help at all. They shut your food card off very quickly even if you did the renewal and turn it on after you do jumps and redos on everything. They do not return calls, when you call its they have 24 hours and they never call back. I have had to call other offices out of this district to even get help. I understand that the system in a mess and broken but this only makes it worse.
I have been to the office twice I have left messages. No one has returned my calls. My caseworker hasn't renewed my food-stamp. It's been over a month and she will not return my phone calls either.
