I have had the worse experience wit this office and case worker K. W. I have left multiple calls this month that hasn't been returned, my case was closed thru no fault of my own. My review was turned in way before time and it wasn't handle therefore my case was close and when it was worked the wrong information was put in and my benefits was cut to 15 dollars a month my wages was incorrectly put in but I tried several attempts to rectify the situation have taken proof of my wages BUT I've still being ignored can't get any return calls has left messages fa about a month wit no return calls this is ashamed and I am starving without my benefits and no one is doing anything about it plz help

This has not been a good experience. I have submitted an application for food stamps, a few days shy of a month I get the call for the phone interview, completed the phone interview, was told everything was good and there wouldn't be any issues, received an apology letter because it was taking longer then 30 days for my application to be completed, during phone interview was told the information would be submitted for medicaid for myself because I had also applied for that (my son is already on medicaid), and since then I had a new card sent to me, I have called and left messages, it is saying now on the automated message that my case has been closed due to the phone interview not being completed. I have done everything I know to do. I need someone to call me and help me with this. It already took forever to get as far as it did and when you're told that you will be receiving benefits and then don't it gets hard. Please respond and call me. This is crazy and we need help. I've been really patient but I can't keep waiting. Thank you for any help.
