I have not yet visited, and COVID will likely prevent an actual visit for some time. But, I am going through the painful process of helping my elderly mom apply for Medicaid. I love the way you people are stringing her along. We submit everything, and about once a month we hear back from you with just one more piece of information you require. Just one. And in another month, "We need just one more thing, and that will be it. Promise!" and in another month, "So sorry, we need one more thing." Instead of a comprehensive review of her application, providing her with ONE list of all of the required additional information, and then deciding on her application, you come up with one additional item per month. It's almost as though you're hoping she will die before you need to provide any Medicaid benefits.
