Why have a phone when you do not answer it. No operators no selection menus it's Tuesday at 430 pm. There is absolutely no reason why I'm not able to get in touch with any one to find out where my food stamp card is, it's been 10 days not counting weekends if we do it's been 14. I also turn my recertification in the drop box outside the office in rock hill because at 2 pm the doors were locked and i could not get in. So I need to verify y'all didn't throw it away. We can't get in the office we can't get any one on the phone. What exactly are we supposed to do. This is extremely unprofessional
